  1. Just make sure you are relaxed if you are  they will not go in. Also try using regular in the place of super. Your  hymen has nothing to do with a tampon.

Any girl who has her period can use a tampon. Tampons work just as well for girls who are virgins as they do for girls who have had s*x. And even though using a tampon can occasionally cause a girl's hymen to tear, it does not cause a girl to lose her virginity. (Only having s*x can do that.)

Here is a website that may help you in choosing a tampon.

  2. You don't need to be wearing them if you dont want to...

its your own choice.. i'm 17 and i've never worn a tampon..

your friends have no right to make fun of you... its none of their buisness if you wear one or not...

you may need to break your hymen which is a layer of skin in your v****a.. that maybe why its sore but there are ways to break it...

Good luck in the future. x

  3. Hey, it's okay. Some people just can't use tampons for a long while. You are by no means the first girl unable to use a tampon, there have been plenty of other posts about girls older than you having issues with them. It's probably due to to either the shape of your v****a, our hymen, or both. Tell the girls making fun of you to get a life, because that's a stupid thing to make fun of someone for. You'll be able to wear one eventually, just keep trying every now and again (not too frequently, maybe once every other cycle or so).

    Good luck!

  4. I'm not sure if you should be wearing them by now. I know girls that are in high school who still wear pads all the time. So wear it when your ready.

  5. First and foremost, make sure you are ready.  Just because you are 13 doesn't mean you should be wearing tampons.  Each person is individual, and her readiness for tampons depends on herself.

First of all, before you start with a tampon, start with a finger.  Please get over any reservations you have about touching your body, as touching your body is normal and healthy.  Use your finger to figure out where exactly your vaginal opening is.  This is helpful, the first time I tried to insert a tampon I aimed too high and got my urinary tract-- a completely different opening.

After figuring out where your opening is, wait until you have a very heavy flow, relax, and use a small sized tampon.  Place it inside your v****a slowly.  If your flow is heavy, it should slip in.  It may hurt a bit, but probably if you dread it too much beforehand you will set yourself up to think it will hurt more than it should.  So don't think it will hurt, just relax and take your time.  With time and practice, it should come.

  6. Ok,I got my period when I was 10,I am now 15 and have never worn a tampon! It doesnt matter.

  7. You do not HAVE to wearing them by now!

    Who told you that >.<

You wear them when you are comfortable with them. Also, just because you've had your period for a while, doesn't mean your body is mature/wide enough to accomidate a tamppon.

Don't stress out and ignore your fireneds because absolutley everyone is diffrent.

just try again every few cycles, but make sure it's a heavy flow your you wont be wet enough to slide it in. also, i suggeest for your first time, try a rounded top such as platex sports. they make it MUCH easier to slide in.

remeber, it's YOUR body! you know it best and you should be comofrtable in it!

    Hope this helps :)(:

  8. this happened to me tooo!

it was terrible. except i got mine at age 13 and now im 15.

i spent a whole year without tampons

my mom said i should try to wear them, so i could go swimming + stuff in the summer

i spent a month trying to figure out where it goes

and half that time crying because it was so aggravating.

until one day i went in the bathroom, saying i'll try fast not think about it if i fail i fail oh well.

and it worked! cause you cant think about it too much. also, make sure its not dry [down there] or its really hard to put a tampon in. the best advice, is DONT THINK ABOUT IT. concentrate on something else while slowly slipping it in. sounds gross, sorry.

  9. make sure you are relaxed caus eif yu are not then it won't go in!!\

    hope i helped!!~Jen
