  1. Hi, yanni

    Glad we meet again

I think you will do terrif in this venture

I would research how the founder of the present group did it and do what s/he did

    Keep up the good work

    Thank you

  2. Ok I dont personally believe in pyramid schemes because I think they are all destined for failure (because you cant trust people and they will put themselves in the first spot instead of waiting for their turn and sending it out to other people) and theres much better ways to make money online. But if you really want to know how to do it, all you would need is a paypal account. Get a group of people together to start it off, and put all their names on a list in an email, then start the list just like what you are doing with your group. Have each person send the email out to 20 or 30 people and have them all send the first person on the list $5 and send the host of the list (you) $5. Then the first person on the list is off the list and made their money, so the 2nd person moves themself up on the list and you make a simple website and update it everyday with the new list to show who is first and who is second and who is third etc. Just list the paypal emails that everybody should send to for yourself and the first person......Its not that complicated, but getting people to trust you is hard, and if you arent using a website where people have to trust you, trusting other people is hard. If you were to do it, I would recommend moving to Bali, Indonesia which is non extraditable so they basically cant touch you. Judging from your name, you are most likely not in USA so our laws probably dont apply to you, but its illegal in USA. But like I said, theres much better, more legal, ways to make money online although they require alot more work than just throwing a list of names together.

  3. Cash Gifting Group...what is that...like a chain letter scam or a pyramid scheme or something where the people on top get money and the people on the bottom lose thier shirt?

  4. This is illegal.

When you give money to someone else in the expectation of getting more back (even from another person), it's an investment.  A gifting club is illegal since you must continously find people dumber than you are to give you money.

And, no, it's NOT a gift.  The IRS rules for gifts to do not apply, so if you actually make money, it's all taxable...up until the police arresting you and demanding that you pay your dupes back.

  5. Cash gifting is a violation of securities law.  Start your own group, and you might be prosecuted for securities fraud.

Why do so many people, like you, expect to get something from nothing.  Does this make you proud of yourself, like work does?

  6. people...they never learn
