I have been refused a shengen spanish visa, and my passport has been stamped.?

Does any body know what is the procedure to appeal against the visa rufusal and most importantly can I get the stamp cancelled and my details removed from the shengen data base as someone who has been refused a visa. Thanks.

  1. by having that stamped # refusal # in your passport,the likelihood of you receiving another visa is none to nothing,no, you may not appeal, there are no appeal for schengen visas,

    no, it cannot be removed, it is entered within the system, even with a new passport, it will show;


  2. In addition to the above, do not bother "losing" your stamped passport and getting a new one in order to pretend that it never happened - the record in the computer and will always there.
