I have been refused of a studnt visa into uk ,, can i appeal?

i have been refused of a student visa into uk because i forgot to include a evidence to show of a previous study, and insufficient money in bank statement

i have the evidence to show of private study and i have a new bank statement, can i appeal to the uk embassy ?
