I have been riding a mountain bike for three months everyday 3 to 5 miles. My legs are sore. what do i do?

  1. REST  THEM ......BATH FOR  FEW HRS A NIGHT.


  2. take a nice hot bath every night to soak your legs in (no homo), but that will stop the soreness.

  3. Mix up both other answers. I mean the saddle position may be effecting your knees or hips, so i would suggest that you try adjusting your saddle so that your leg is almost, but not fully extended while the pedal is at bottom(6 o'clock) but your hips should not rock side to side either.  A nice hot long bath with some relaxation might also help out.

  4. Make sure you have the seat adjusted correctly and pedal at a higher cadence 70-90 rpms.
