I have been sending my mortgage company quick collect payments now they are saying i am 4 months behind i am 2

i need some suggestion to catch up and check payments paid?

You would think that companies that are in the business of COLLECTING MONEY would be better at it, wouldn't you?

A few things:

Did you make the payments in full?

On time?

Check the account numbers you provided on the carbon copies... are they correct?

Did your payment go up without you realizing it?

Does your lender escrow for taxes and insurance?

    *Yes... check to see if costs went up w/o you knowing          

    * No... did you miss a tax payment or, did your insurance lapse?

There are many, many reasons why a payment would not be applied, not the least of which is that your mortgage company gets to charge you late fees every time you're late... legitimately or not. This is a HUGE problem with subprime loans.

This gives you a few things to check, there are more.

You *seriously* need to get this handled before they start foreclosure proceedings.. let me know if you need more help.
