  1. No need of registering in MH as it is a part of India. Well, if you see the license properly, you'll find INDIAN UNION on the top followed by license issuing state's name. On your license card it may be INDIAN UNION followed by Indian Emblem & lastly MP STATE, which means all states come under Indian Union. So. license issued by any Indian state throughout India is valid all over India arrespective of any state.

  4. no. the licence issued to by the MP Transport authority is valid through out the Inida, expect hill stations.
