I have been feeling great, fantastic and so much better than I have been feeling, i take them daily around about dinner time, but come about 9.30pm-10.30pm i start to feel ill, my anxiety resufaces although not as bad and i will gain symptoms ack of my anxiety, after this im fine, in fact im better than fine im hyper, awake and raring to go, and found it much easier to sleep than i did when i first took one on a evening around 7pm, im just wondering if anyone knows how long they drug works for, and if the lapse is due to drug 'running out' i have tried looking on internet, i know it can stay in your system up to 2 days, but not nessarly work for that long, anyone got any any idea on what happening to me and what the cause of going back to my anxiety at these certain times and if it has anything to do with the pills?

Thanks

  1. this problem has nothing to do with eating food before you take or anything like that. any antidepressant like that is going to have side effects when you're coming off of them. as the drug wears off you will begin to feel like s--t again. i recommend not taking anything to get over this. i took xanex and valium to get over a break up and when you rely on drugs like that to help you get through it honestly just makes you feel worse, then you become dependent and basically you can lose respect for yourself. i'm not getting on you but you could possibly be opening a can of worms. try to take a break from the drug just to let yourself know you can. then after a day or two you can take it again, h**l who knows you might not want to.

  2. Like most antidepressants and med for anxiety, really you prob should have been told to take in the morning with food, but  you may of been told differently,so OK.but they do take time to adjust in your system, and will over time work more efficiently for you . If you feel that this isn't the case, you may need to see your doc who will most likely put you on a stronger dosage and maybe if you explain exactly has you have here he may even tell you to take 1 tablet 2 times a day.But i must insist that you don't change or take more of your med without your docs knowledge, cause he knows best what you personally need.Every 1 needs diff strengths etc.

Also these type of tablets may at first actually cause a little more anxiety etc till they get in your system properly. So dont worry too much at moment, all seems pretty normal, but if these side effects bother you too much or last too long (give it a month)then see your doc and explain to him.
