I have been taking lorazepam a long time and need a stronger benzo...?

I need to take a few pills at a time to make it effective for me, and it seems to give me a hangover feeling after taking it.

What would be a better benzo that I could use?

depends on what strength you are taking, they also make an extended release Ativan ( the brand name ) that you could talk to your doctor about. There are a lot of choices but you will need to discuss with your doctor what one would be best for you depending on what you are taking it for.
