  1. no rights,

get a job working for yourself, then tell em stick the job right up their whatever,

    i did

    and never looked back yet.

  2. none if they own it and you dont, why do they want you to leave? They can let you go for any reason they see fit...I would go get a more stable job.

  3. it depends on why you've been told to leave...if you've been stealing or anything, then probably none. Otherwise, don't you have a contract???? it should say everything in that. if you don't have one, then again, you probably don't have any rights.

  4. Why do you need rights for, they don't want you, you should leave them as well, find a better paid job.

  5. It all depends on the reasons you have been asked to leave.

I suspect by lack of details, you have no rights.

  6. so sorry but you got no rights at all if you are a employee i run my own company and have to check this all the time but unlike others i want rights for all

  7. Whilst under the written laws we may apparently have many rights, few of them are available without proper support and guidance. The best way to get support and ensure your rights are protected effectively is to join a Trade Union. If you are already a member - ring them, they will give you the best advice available, without strings or cost! If you are not a member, consider joining soon.

  8. Was notice given in writing? Did you have a contract? what was the reason for giving you notice? If you feel unfair dismissal you can go to Tribunal. Until we know that, we can't really help.
