I have been trying to login to roxio's website for two days. I forgot my password and am having no luck getting an email from roxio to fix the problem. It says the email has been sent but I don't recieve it. I tried lookng in the screened email, comcast.net, but I still can't find it.You need the password to get any help from roxio, so I am stuck. Any help appreciatedMichael
