Question:

I have been trying to gain weight for 6months and have yet to gain any weight? What can I do?

I am almost 18. I'm 5' 7.5'' and weigh about 125lbs. I rep 215 on bench and rep around 225 on squats.

I also eat a lot and fairly healthy. I've tried creatine and it never worked.

  1. brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain

    weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any

    place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and hair as well.
