Well I am not fat, I just want to lose a few pounds on my stomach and tone. I am usually good about eating, but some days I just binge. And I want to build up my endurance and stamina, so I thought I would work up to doing a running race in November. The race is either 2 miles or 5K. As of now, I can run a mile comfortably in about 10 minutes. That's more just jogging, but I could go faster. Anyway, do you think this will motivate me and give me enough time to train? Any tips would help. Thanks.
