Question:

I have been trying to put my leg behind my head...

  1. yes strech out your legs for about a month or 2 but if u dont your gonna rip your nuts off

I used to be able to do that...  It was just easy and natural.  I bet I can't anymore because I'm such a f****s.  Anyways the splits will help and if you can go all the way down which most guys can't just go as far and you can and hold it.  Anymore than 16-18 seconds of stretching one position doesn't help... Do that 3 times a day for a few weeks you will become more limber as well as any other stretches that effect your legs.

  4. True streching is the answer here. Some people can do it some just cant.  Keep trying if you want to succeed.   Try  one leg at a  a time.  Onece you  can do one try the  otehr.  I just wonder why this is so important.
