I have been using Netgear for approximately 6 months. Two weeks ago, all Internet Service was stopped for both my HP Windows Vista desktop and Acer Aspire 9300 Windows XP laptop. Think either Net Gear or AT& T downloaded new software which screwed it up. My internet provider, AT&T, got my desktop back up but was unable to get my laptop connected via wireless. I spoke with them today and they said it had to be that my wireless card is not receiving the signal OR or that the Net Gear Router is not sending it. IS THERE A WAY TO SEE WHAT IS CAUSING THE PROBLE and GET MY WIRELESS INTERNET BACK UP? Net Gear is working fine with my desktop plugged into it and my laptop also works by having the yellow ethernet plugged into it. but obviously I want to use my laptop more than a foot away from my desktop.
