I have been using drywall compound and then i primed,but when looking at my walls,the corners dont seem sharp?

how can i remove this buildup of compound or primer on the corner?

when i say corner i mean the 90 degree angle where the wall intersects with another

There is a special compound tool that's shaped like a V with a handle that makes the corners smooth when applying compound. You can by it a paint store or Home Depot.Before doing anything else now your going to have to sand the corners.

If your corner bead is not the problem, you can shape it with a knife or sanding. You do not want to get back down to the corner bead for obvious reasons.
