I have been using drywall compound and then i primed,but when looking at my walls,the corners dont seem sharp?

how can i remove this buildup of compound or primer on the corner?

when i say corner i mean the 90 degree angle where the wall intersects with another

  1. There is a special compound tool that's shaped like a V with a handle that makes the corners smooth when applying compound. You can by it a paint store or Home Depot.Before doing anything else now your going to have to sand the corners.

  3. If your corner bead is not the problem, you can shape it with a knife or sanding. You do not want to get back down to the corner bead for obvious reasons.

  4. a corner sander is the easiest way to get a uniform look to your inside corners.you can get them at any d.i.y.store.
