I have been using the Canon MP830 for scanning documents. All of a sudden, just after scanning a document, I put another one in and it would just generate the outline in black, when I had it set to color. Then when I rebooted the PC, I have not been able to scan withe the machine since. I was able to print to it however. I have followed other suggestions that I found online, including uninstalling it and reinstalling the driver, but no luck.
