  1. Wait for your first check..muliply the amount by 12 and then that amount times 3......If you qualified for SSI..it is all due to you...

    BUT....if it is not their fault..they only go back 1 year....

  3. X plus Y = Z.  Unless we know what X and Y are, Z is impossible.

  4. Unless you have been approved, there is no back pay.  If you are approved, there might be.
