I have big blue veins running from the knee up my inner thigh and gets bigger around the groin area.?

ive never actually noticed them before but they are quite thick and very noticible???

Are they protruding at all, (as in you can see the outline clearly just under the surface of your skin and they look thick and bumpy-edged) then that would be a varicose vein. Otherwise you probably are just more fair-skinned and can see the normal veins more easily. If you are still concerned ask your Dr. at your next appointment.
