There aint no such thing as BIG ears kitkat, only too-small helmets,...try bigger helmet, one that will cover your ears better.

when I tie on a funky head scarf I wear it right over my ears, as opposed to exposing them to draw attention. this trains them to go back as well, kind of the same principle as braces. you could wear a cool scarf underneath your helmet :)

There is a quick and simple surgery to fix that...but it involves a nail gun. Just kidding! There is a really easy surgery though!
