You can use any eyeshadow you want and still look good cause Girls with freckles are HOT! The more freckles a girl has the HOTTER she looks! Freckles are the first asset I look for on a girl before asking her out on a date. A girl without freckles is like a night without stars.  Freckles ROCK!

well make up artists generally say use the same colour eyeshadow as your eyes. i dont bother i have blue/green eyes and wear bright orange eyeshadow. wear whatever you want

When picking eye shadow you want to use color theory.  Complimentary colors are going to make your eye color pop.  The opposite of blue is orange.  So amber, bronzes, golds, look pretty with blue eyes.  Turquoise has a little green, so you can use red which the complimentary color, so orange reds, red browns, will look pretty with your eye color.

I've heard that warm, earthy tones are good for blue and green eyes. But you sound like you look exactly like me, and I've learned from watching What Not to Wear that purple (plum, eggplant) eyeliner or gold eyeshadow looks good on everyone!
