  1. Normally there will be a rep to meet you at the airport! if there is not they may have left an info pack at the car hire company or failing that it will be in the door or under the matt at the villa.. Call them and they will be able to advise


  2. Ring them & ask them, a reputable company should provide you with every details you need.
