On your computer key board press the Print Screen then, open the Word document and paste it then, hit print. Viola! you get your confirmation screen print. Good luck!!

All you need is to record the confirmation code and provide that to the  consulate, which I assume has a list of confirmation numbers.

Just write down the confirmation number on the confirmation page. Take that number with you and everything should be fine.
