  1. have u check your e-mail.or history page in booked tickets.if it is not there send them a e-mail regarding this at care@irctc.co.in

  3. It happens once in a while,

    You would have received a reference number at your communication address (either mobile or email) you will get back the money back to your account after 3-4 days have patience it will take time
