I have bought a Bush IDLCD37TV16HD television, i need the sky remote code, could someone please help?

I need the code as i can not work some things on the remote. I've rang sky and they said that they can't find anything.

So if you could please help me or if you have this same TV, tell me how your working your remote with it.
