connect the cable into your computer if it came with softeware install that fist if not pul ut the card and put it into a memory stick duo slot

Have they gave you the program for your pc

(bluetooth)

if not go back and order them to give it to you

Install bluetooth and now you cant transfer photos

it comes with a cable and a cd which contains a computer program. it's all pretty explainatory

one: you could connect your cyber-shot to your pc using the usb cable and software that's included in the sales package.

two: you could get the memory stick from your camera and transfer the photos by inserting your memory stick into the reader.
