i have managed to fit it all together, however the slicing blade that fits at the top seems ok, but when i switch it on ,the whole machine jumps round on the work surface.. there are 2 of these blades (identical). the lower blades work fine. help!!

  1. if you type in the name onto a search engine it might be able to provide you with some instructions. i did this before with a product and i got a downloadable manual

  2. Normally you'll get a variety of different blades with a food processor, but you only want to have one of them on at a time.  The normal blades should be at the base of the processing bowl, not the top...try just having the normal blades (should look like two blades with something in the middle to connect them to the processor) at the base of the bowl and see what happens.

You may have additional blades such as one for grating, or thinly slicing vegetables, which would sit at the top of the bowl and cut the foods as you push them in through the spout.  They shouldn't be used at the same time as the normal blades.

  3. get the name of product and number and yahoo it! simple!
