I have bought a item from ebay a month ago & payed by paypal but haven't received it, i emailed the seller on

several occasions but he is ignoring me. i checked his feedback & he has 619 negative's in the last year, i know i should have looked at his feedback before i bought, the dilema i have is i can't report him to ebay as i am suspended but not for stealing from anyone, does anyone know what i can do as he is defrauding lot's of people.Thankyou.

Go to paypal and file a dispute

Do that but if the seller ask you to remove the dispute complain than you can't make a dispute again and that guy or girl can trick you. Don't listen to him at all what he is telling you to do, what you do is now make a dispute and wait for paypal investigation and also give them a little  evidence for your messages you been talking to him. Don't tell him or paypal you want another item to recieve from him, ask seller and paypal for refund thats the only you need to do.

Why I am telling you this? Because this happen to me also and I am suggestion you do as I am telling you and you can get your money back with no problem. You can now leave a negative for him that you haven't recieved it. If he puts you a red negative to, you can asnwer as like this: You never sended me my item or refund its been like 1 or 2 months..

hope you get your refund back. still next time check the his or her feedback before you buy it!!

why were you suspended?.... sorry, not my business, but that was going to be my advice, is report him. You can report him through paypal since you paid with it, maybe it's different than reporting through ebay and will help you more.

HOW does one get 619 negs??????? without being kicked out of ebay that is???? WOW! I'm sorry you had to get a bad seller. I hope they stop. I've about had it with dishonest and rude people on ebay so I feel for you.

Other then reporting, I guess just bombard him with 50 daily emails and he'll get sick of hearing from you - if he doesn't block you hopefully he'll take care of the problem.... :)

Go to paypal and claim money back direct.  Also go to trading standards and report them and they will look into or give you advice on what you can do.

Scamers have hit  hard this year.

start a web site and tell your story and put his name  in big letters.ask for other people that have been scamend,and puty there name on ther list for a price.

Use paypal to file a dispute but be quick as there is a time frame. they will pay your money back, hopefully.

i had the same problem and im also kicked of ebay, but i got in touch with paypal and file a dsipute with them, and they deal with both sides, and u will get ur money back.  Cheeky gits.

I finally got my item this week after  waiting 6 weeks.

go to the community section on ebay and ask there, they know the in's and outs of these kind of problems or go to Ebay live help.

If you can't use your suspended account name, set up a new one just to get to the community formus (as many other people do)

you can go to paypal and speak to them and stop the payment and speak to ebay after the suspension and if they don't do anything then take the guy u gave the money to and go to court to get the money back

Go to paypal and file a dispute. Since the product has not arrived and the seller is not answering, Paypal should give you your money back.

You need to report an unreceived item - it will be on your drop down list at the side of of the item on 'my ebay' - it will then be up to Paypal to look back at emails sent between you and to ask the seller to provide proof of postage, if he doesn't have that you are likely to get a refund. If Paypal decide in your favour, they freeze the funds in his account and transfer them to yours, he will have no say in the matter. I know this because this has happened to me and I won my claim.

If you have a paypal account then you should be able to report him through that, depending on your paypal status you should be covered for loss too.  If you have had your ebay account suspended it must be for a reason, it could be that this has cost you to lose out, paypal and ebay are closely linked. The paypal route is worth a go though. How come this idiot still has an account and you don't?
