I have brand new industrial kitchen equipment I'm trying to sell...?

Ranging from $1000 to $5000 per piece is what I paid...what is a good percentage to discount off? It's all brand new, mostly still in the boxes, but I know I can't get retail price.

I think you should hit the restaraunts in your area and post this equipment for sales on E Bay or Craigs List. I am sure some cooking schools could use the items as well.

I would offer 20% off since it is in good condition and and stil in boxes.
