  1. you have to go to the bank and get the exchange rate. It isn't worth anything more than what the exchange isfrom Brazil to American cash.

I doubt a collector would even be interested in the money as it was printed in 1992 and there is plenty of money from then still in circulation.

    the following should help

  2. I have been trying to find the same answers that you seek. I also have brazilian money from the late 1980's and don't know what to do with them. So far, from what I have read, it depends on what you have and if it is still in circulation or not? If you have large bills like I do you might have a hard time trying to find out if and where to go to exchange it. Good luck. If you or anyone else finds any useful information, please let me know!

  3. 1992 wasn't that long ago.  I'm sure if you call a bank they could convert it to US dollars.

  4. CHECK ON INTERNET

  5. Brazil currently uses the Brazillian Real. You can input the data on the following Currency Converter:

    they should know

thats what i did with my trinidad money

  7. 1992 is hardy even called antique. They might even convert it in exchange shops for its actuall value based on international currency exchange.
