  1. If it were me, I definitely wouldn't.  You need time to rest, recover.  Drink plenty of fluids and take it easy, just watch your calorie intake.  If you feel well enough to run, try a short brisk walk just to keep up the activity, but if you start coughing, slow it down but if it gets really bad, head home.  I hope you feel better!

Good luck with your weight loss!

  2. I wouldn't if I was you.  It doesn't sound like a good idea if you have a tight chest. If you use what's called a rescue inhaler like provental, albuteral, or flovent, then i'd use this to help with your tight chest. I would consult with my doctor if i wanted to, but then again, I have asthma.  Just don't do it unless you know you are okay, who knows, maybe you'll be able to do it!

    Hope this helps!

  3. If I was you, I wouldn't run with bronchitis unless I had my doctor's okay.  Please talk to your doctor before you run, you could end up making yourself more ill and missing your cruise.

  4. You need proper rest.

If you must go how about a walk?
