  1. Yes, it would have roaming charges as when you go out of the state, you have pay the charge for other operator's service provided to you in the other state !

    In Karnataka, you will be charged, but BSNL's roaming charges are minimum as compared to other operators ; so, CHILL !


  2. yes. how can u have a BSNL sim for karnataka from AP. If you have one.. all calls in AP are roaming and all calls from karnataka are local
