im 16 and im about 5 foot 7. i have a pretty small upper body and my legs arent really super fat but they are kind of and my thighs are thick and rounded and bulky.they look pretty fat even though i run and work out and do some pilates which ive heard is supposed to help slim your body. does anyone have any advice or exercises i can do to slim down my legs and my calves?
