I have bulky thighs & thick kinda short legs. what can i do to make them smaller and get slim calfs?

im 16 and im about 5 foot 7. i have a pretty small upper body and my legs arent really super fat but they are kind of and my thighs are thick and rounded and bulky.they look pretty fat even though i run and work out and do some pilates which ive heard is supposed to help slim your body. does anyone have any advice or exercises i can do to slim down my legs and my calves?

  4. Eat less food and do less strength exercise with your legs.

  5. People gain weight different. You gain it in your thighs, so you just do what people do to lose weight. Diet, excercise, all that fun stuff.
