I have burned a powerpoint presentation onto a DVD disc...wont play on TV??

I was told how to burn a powerpoint presentation to a DVD so I could run a presentation continuously on a TV. And it didnt work. It says unknown disc. Any suggestions. I used a free software to convert the PPT to the DVD and burned it to the DVD.

  2. Are there any limitions on functions of your free ppt to dvd software? If the answer is yes, you may try moyea ppt to dvd burner. As I know, there are no function limited on its free trial version

  3. What format was used to burn the DVD? A "data" DVD will not play in a standard consumer-type DVD player. DVDs need to be authored and burned specifically for the industry standard format that the player supports. Converting the PowerPoint presentation to a DVD-playable format is only the first step.
