I have burnt skin and I scratched it off and its Pink?

Ok I mistakenly burnt my left index finger by really hot tea. After a day it turned a little black and then i scratched it off and it was pink...is that normal? And will it become like my other skin?

That is fine, it is only the new skin.  Just keep it covered with a band aid and some neosporin.  No worries it heal just fine.

its normal. all new skin is pink. its like when you pick a scab, the ones that dont bleed. and the skin underneath is all pink. its just new skin. nothing to be worried about. and in a few days it should be like the rest of your skin!
