Yes you will get bonus issue even if you sell on 4th june because you have brought on 28th and the shares are in your name on the cut off date 02June 2008.

You sure get the bonus shares... as the record date was 30th may 08. You can sell whatever number of shares you have in DP on 4th jun 08. The bonus shares will be allotted son and after allottment when u get them in DP then u can sell bonus shares too.

Rel power had dropped to 220 aft the bonus date, so i wud advice lease be patient and sell only after allottment of bonus shares. Or if you wanna book some loss for income tax purpose then you can sell right away

You will get bonus shares as per the ratio of bonus as you were holding the shares as on the record date. You can sell it on 4th or later as per your wish. The stock may grow only in long term. you will get bonus shares if the reliance power shares were THERE  in your Dmat account on 02 jun. u can sell the shares youhold any time after that, no problem at all. u will still receive bonus.

And , by the way, why this question now., This should have been asked before u bought. or are u trying to double check what your broker told you.

Since you hold the stocks on the record date, you will be eligible to get the bonus stocks.  But on june 4th you will not be alloted the bonus shares and hence u will be able to sell only the old shares which you had previously.
