I have cable modem. I got a laptop & want it to work online, but it's asking for #'s. Where could I find those

I figured they may be saved on my existing computer somewhere. It's the ID's that the cable co had to input to get it to recognize my modem. Where can I find those on my existing PC? Thanks!

um well if you mean the wep key or ssid then there should be a file already on your computer desktop but you could look on

your wirelles connection by clicking on the icon i m not sure because i have verizon fios wireleess and they always put a file on desktop
