I have canadian work permit till march 2009. I wan to go back to my home country. Do I need visa for re entry?

The work permit does not allow re entry, How can I manage with this problem ? Thanks

I will say call immigration call center. they are there to help you they will explain you better if you can or not.

other thing on your work permit it say if you can or cannot travel depend on your  status.

Yes, you need a visa for re-entry.

Phone immigration and tell them your mother is sick. They will want a doctors letter (sure you can get that). Then they will accept but phone first and ask. If you don't say it's for a family emergency they won't accept. Peace!
