You want to cover up weaknesses, so get a Psyduck, a Hoothoot, an Oxyx, a Vulpix, and any other Pokemon you want, possibly a Ledyba.

This team works because for each Pokemon's weakness, there is another one that is good against that type, presuming either Psyduck or Hoothoot knows a Psychic attack.
