  1. try hot shower....

  2. my sisters baby had died and she had the same option and she picked home and she layed in her bed after she took the pill and after that she wouldnt go back into her room to this day her room still gives her the willies its best to have the dnc you are less involved and i think its easier on the woman

  3. i heard its painful. you might want to reconsider

  4. No, it would probably make it worse...cold constricts blood vessels which in turn makes it harder for blood to flow, heat lets the blood flow easier and makes you more relaxed.

  5. that could take quite a while your body will have to dispose of it when its ready. you may want to raed up on some herbs or something medicinal to flush out your system. in the meanwhile maybe a hot bath would ease your backpain and heck whynot pop a pain pill. good luck to you

  6. I am so sorry, I am going through this as well.  Try a towel with hot water, I boil the water in the microwave and place the towel in a plastic bag.  Ice does make the pain worse.  Also a back rub hurts in the moment, but helps too.

  7. how do you know you are even having a miscarriage? something could go really wrong and you might need medical help  how far along are you  yeah heat pad should help

  8. What? You want to have a miscarriage???? maybe you need to rephrase the question, or your sick in the head...

  9. first of all i have to say I am so so sorry for your loss, that is a horrible thing to happen to any mother.

I really can't help much, I have never been in your situation, I just wanted to say my thoughts are with you and just stay strong, you will get through this. I home someone else who has been through this can help you a lot better.....

  10. you want to have a what at home...?  WHY??

    Shouldn't you be in a hospital.  ?

  11. This is a very personal moment for you and if you believe a hospital setting is not a place to mourn your loss, and, your doc. is comfortable with this, then go ahead and stay at home. Yes I agree the cold will constrict your blood vessels. Use the heating pad and do take a pain killer.

    My heart is with you!

  12. A hot shower would do better.  Also if you have rice at home you can make a rice sock, just put some rice in a sock and microwave it and it acts like a heating pad, but I would suggest getting one, or borrowing one from someone.
