I have complaint against this minerl water , regarding MRP. WERE TO COMPLAINT N HOW?

as if i buy it on the roads or some shop the MRP is the regular one but the same products MRP is exactly the double if u buy from malls , multiplexex or any high profile public place,

so who puts this MRP is it themanufacturer or the mall manager, or the multiplex people in why this difference

They are state specific.  They may charge a different retail tax at theirs due to a surcharge but that is extremely uinusal.
