I have completed 2.5 years with a co in Dubai (unlimited contract)

And my profession is Accountant, Now I have a good offer from another co in dubai, if I cancel my visa without NOC, then will I get 6 month employment Ban ?please advice

Since you have already served one year to the company , you can now give one month notice and get NOC from the company. Then you can transfer your sponsorship from old employer to new employer.

Dear Friend

Actually it is saying that for those were on "UNLIMITED JOB CONTRACT", will not get 6 months employment permit ban from MOL (Ministry of Labour) after cancelling the visa.

But, the fact is after cancelling the 'Unlimited contract" also, you will get a normal employment permit ban of 6 months and it can be lifted by paying the required fee at MOL (if you get NOC it will be easier)

There will be no re-entry ban, unless the company applied any "violation notice" at Ministry of Labour.
