  1. It's been awhile since I have used that brand.  If that solution is used only for cleaning the contact ---NO.  If it is considered a solution that can be used for soaking &wetting, then you could.  Generally, if the solution is for soaking, cleaning --there probably is a warning about putting it directly into your eye.

  2. Yes, you can. As long as it's not a solution that has a warning that it MUST be in the case for x hours to neutralize, or any indications that you should rinse the lens off with saline before insertion, it is safe to use as a drop. I know from experience that opti-free is one of those safe ones.

However, if you're experiencing significant contact-related dryness, one option you might want to consider is asking your doctor about punctal plugs. Insertion is a few minute and absolutely painless procedure, and they prevent your tears from being 'flushed' away uselessly, helping keep the surface of the eye moist- going in to get these once can hugely reduce the 'hassle factor' of using eye drops so often.

  3. I do that sometimes. I think it's okay :]

  4. not recommended. but use the refresh plush eyedrop. it is really good for the eyes.

  5. Yes. It is a multipurpose solution. That means is can be used to clean your contacts as well as a rewetting drop for them.
