I have court on thursday and i want konw if they drug test you there cause im thnk im going there wasted?

Yea not a good idea you want to know whats going on an remember what happens so your not confused later...i too have court...tomarrow morning an have never had to go before. Just dont do it its not worth it.

They won't drug test you, but if you are visibly intoxicated it could be a problem.

That would probably be one of the worst things you could do is go to court wasted,they would definetly lock you up. If your drunk they dont need a test you will most likely reak like beer.

I'm not sure if it varies by state, but I know Florida doesn't drug test.  I highly recommend you don't go blasted though lol, maybe a xanax to help with anxiety if that's what you're worried about, but nothing else.

Depends on what you go to court for, but I have scene them give you a drug and breath test. If I were you I wouldn't.

they dont DT but if they suspect you are intoxicated you will get locked up plus you might just want to have a clear head so you can understand whats going on while you are there.

It's a violation of your constitutional rights for them to drug  test you randomly  at a court  hearing.

You can show up blasted if you are that retarded though.
