I have cox digital cable, and im trying to resume a movie on demand, but it keeps saying "tune error 1"?

ok i was right in the middle of amityville horror on demand, but in freezone, under tnt movies. and it all freezes up and i turn off the box and the tv, i turn it back on and it comes up with "tune error 1" when i push select from the mainpage, where it has all the preveiws and stuff. how can i fix this? i really want to finish my movie!
