I have created a public folder in exchange 2003 "sales@mycompany.com"

i have also added users to the public folder. eg "abc@mycompany.com"

but how do i use the public folder in outlook 2003.

Users that have been given permission should now be able to find the folder under Public Folders -> All Public Folders.  What they can do with it depends on what kind of folder it is.  If it just contains messages, they can share access to messages in it.  If it's a calendar, they can use it as a shared calendar, etc.  If you have mail-enabled the public folder, people can send messages to that address and they will go directly to that public folder.
