  1. Stretch and drink a lot of water!!!!


  2. well there is a lot you can do so ill just make a list

    - a few days before start working out getting in shape and eating right

    - the day of stay calm do not stress

    - drink plenty of liquids

    - eat good do not eat to much you dont want to be sick

    - STRECH !!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Nah don't practice anymore since its the day of. Just chill and get in your "Zen Place"  so that you are focused. Get to the tryouts earlier than you are supposed to so that you can take a nice long slow stretch and you don't pull anything. Also don't eat for at least an hour before the audition, you don't want cramps. Make sure every thing you need (shoes, clothes etc.) are ready to go well before you actually leave so youre not running around last minute, and make sure you have something good to wear (moveable, not revealing, makes you feel confident, etc)

  5. Drink water, relax, practice a little, and be confident in knowing that you have practiced long and hard for this.
