I am interested in playing Lacrosse this year. I am going to be a freshman, and this is the only sport that wasn't played in any other grade level. I want to practice early, so I am good. How can I practice?

its late but there are summer leagues and read about it and watch videos about coaching the sport. you will see how to practice........
