1st start thinking abt how you want to make your site more lifely....

Then search the net for the code you need, there are much websites which provide you free javascripts to add to your website.

If you want your myspace to be dynamic you'll need to use an AJAX request. Which Myspace doesn't support, please don't post words you don't know that meaning of.
