we have been together for 9 months and in April she told me, she was ILLEGAL i have come to terms with it now she told me after 4 months to protect herself and she said when she told me that she trusted me enough to tell me.

we are planing to move to Brazil to live because her visa expired about 18 months ago. she stayed because her dad said it would be OK and she didn't know any different and after that his health deteriorated i have tried everything i can to sort it without going to the government for help even though i know they wont help they will just chuck her out so can anyone give me any advice on moving to Brazil and what might happen to her when we get back to Brazil.

I appreciate any help and i have tried to describe as much of it as i can so it is easier for anyone wishing to help.

P.S. I am not loaded so a immigration expert is out of the question many thanks

  1. I am very much agreeing with English G

  2. WELL IF SHE IS HERE ILLEGALLY SHE SHOULD BE REPORTED AND MADE TO GO BACK TO BRAZIL THERE IS ENOPUGH IMMIGRANTS IN THIS COUNTRY WITH OUT THE ILLEGAL ONES

  3. send her back home where she belongs

  4. She better go back to Brazil to get certified or she and you are TOAST!

  5. Marry her!It is the best solution.

  6. If you want to apply for a visa to Brazil, contact the Brazilian Embassy to apply for a visa, if you scroll down, towards the bottom of the page they have a number of different visas you can apply for - I would imagine the Permanent Work Visa

  7. Yes,do not go to the Home Office. They will remove her immediately. When you are ready to go,just leave because it is highly unlikely that they will check her when leaving. If she wants to come back, then she will have to apply for another visa.I do not know if she has family in Brazil who will look out for her so I do not know what would happen to her there.Does she speak Porto?Does she have qualifications?Do you? Have you learnt the language?I would if you haven't because that would be a major obstacle.Save money now.Every pound will make life easier in the beginning.Good luck.Start finding out about employment and towns ,regions, crime etc.Research over the net.Good luck.

  8. For goodness (and Britain`s sake) stop farting about; pack two bags and both of you bugger off to Brazil. This country has more than enough wallies like you and even more illegals than could ever come from Brazil.
